PRODUCTION /Dies & moulds capabilities
In close collaboration with our customers, we design and make, in our own tooling workshop, all the necessary components for the construction of our own dies and plastic injection moulds.
For our customers, the combination of tool making and production is a guarantee of flexibility, efficiency and short delivery times and is a key factor for a quick new product introduction into market.
These dies & moulds have been designed to minimize the die changeover time at the press/injection machine, which achieves a consequent reduction in manufacturing production costs.Our tooling workshop is equipped with modern equipment including 2 Charmilles wire cutting machines, a Daewoo machining centre, CNC drills, grinders, milling centers… all connected to our CAD/CAM network and monitored by our experienced staff.
